Why we picked it: Meet the elevated long sleeve tee your Fall wardrobe has been waiting for. The Easton from Canadian brand Gentle Fawn has the ease of your favourite basic, but the dropped shoulder, relaxed sleeve and subtle side slits give it just enough design to feel intentional. We especially love the slightly longer back — wear it loose when you want a little extra coverage or give the front a small tuck with denim. It's simple, comfortable and incredibly useful, which is exactly what we want from a Smithery basic.

How to style it:

  • Pair it with wide-leg denim, sneakers and a great belt for an easy everyday uniform.
  • Use it as the base of your fall layers — add the Shiloh Vest, a cardigan or your favourite jacket and let the black create a clean foundation.
